Overview:
Parties to the Texas Congressional Redistricting lawsuit filed maps and supporting briefs with the three-judge Federal District Court on Friday, July 14, 2006 suggesting ways to correct the Texas Congressional map (1374C) ruled illegal by the U.S. Supreme Court. The three-judge panel may choose one of the plans submitted, construct a map using one of the submissions as a basis, or craft a plan entirely its own.
All submitted plans can be viewed at the Texas Legislative Council redistricting website using their RedViewer link here.
